Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using StitchWIP ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. These terms apply to the StitchWIP iOS app and this website (stitchwipstudio.com), both operated by StitchWIP Studio.

Use of the App

StitchWIP is a personal productivity tool for tracking cross-stitch projects. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

The App is available on iOS via the Apple App Store. Apple's own terms and conditions also apply to your use of the App as distributed through their platform.

In-App Purchases

StitchWIP offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called "StitchWIP Pro." All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• One-time purchase: You pay once and own Pro access indefinitely, including future Pro features added to the App.
• Restore purchases: If you get a new device or reinstall the App, use the Restore Purchases option in Settings to recover your Pro access at no charge, provided you use the same Apple ID.
• Refunds: All purchase refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds ourselves.
• Price changes: The Pro price may increase in the future as new features are added. Your purchase locks you in at the price you paid.

Your Data

All data you enter into StitchWIP is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or store your project data, session logs, inventory, or any other content you create in the App. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

The StitchWIP name, logo, app design, and all content on this website are owned by StitchWIP Studio. The DMC thread color data included in the App is provided for reference purposes. DMC® is a registered trademark of DMC Corporation; StitchWIP Studio has no affiliation with DMC.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StitchWIP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available in future versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StitchWIP Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for StitchWIP Pro, if anything.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. We may also notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
