The stitcher (and developer) behind StitchWIP.
“I built StitchWIP because it’s the app I actually wanted.”
Between notes on my phone, half-finished spreadsheets, and a stash list that was always out of date, I was spending a lot of time managing my cross-stitch life when I could be stitching.
By day I work in IT — but StitchWIP came from the stitcher side of my brain, not the tech side. It’s designed the way I actually think about my projects: session logs that show real progress, pace calculators that tell me exactly how many stitches I need to hit a deadline, SAL release tracking, and the project wheel I open every single time I can’t choose what to stitch next.
I spend my spare time stitching, watching FlossTube, and — if I’m being honest — seriously considering starting my own channel someday. This app is part of that same creative world.
I’m one person building this in my spare time, and every download genuinely means a lot. If you have a feature request, a bug to report, or just want to share a WIP — I actually read every email.
Happy stitching 🪡
Jessica
Whether it’s a bug, a feature idea, or just saying hi — my inbox is open.
Questions, feedback, feature requests — or share a WIP photo. I genuinely enjoy hearing from stitchers who use the app.
